OBAMA CARE (The Affordable Health Care Act) is in force and the budget crisis is over, soon there will be talk of higher taxes.

I just came off a much needed vacation with the family.  Great times and a wonderful way to clear the mind of the worlds problems.  Seems that they never go away and are always just around the corner. Last week seems several Fast Money traders had also taken vacations, But alas I had to get back into the thoughts of the markets as I know then.  You see trading is about you and the other guy.  Seems the majority of traders investors are not professional and although they are serious about investing - trading they don't know how.  There are many get rich quick schemes out there and I can make you rich grues.  I hope that I'm not viewed in that same light.  I really try to teach all the FAST MONEY Traders and SLOW MONEY OPTIONS traders  that trading is more like running a business with finite rules that must be followed to stay in business.  When new traders sign up for my mentor ship I give them a files and how to  to set up there system do doing business and coach then daily to making profits daily.  It is know hard but you must follow rules and be disciplined.

So how did we do this past week with SLOW MONEY OPTIONS?  4 trade recommendations that I shared  SPY call I got over anxious and ending up losing 5% on the trade by not paying attention to the bollinger bands.  I did do well on the SPY puts 3% gain the AAPL trades both generated 9% & 19% gains.  Not much excitement and that is always what I prefer.   Remember always take the more conservative spread is the reason that I give you choices.  What I do is take all my recommendations just split the money between choices. You can trade just enough to give you an extra days results of trading or trade enough to give you a weeks worth of trading.  The choice is yours take responsibility.
