Excerpt from last week, "I keep reminding myself reduce risk, reduce risk, reduce risk.   The reason is capital perseveration and consistency in trading profits." 
On thursday I had 4 recommendations and by that afternoon I had to close the SPY call because of danger of greater losses and I was right.  Remember CONSISTENCY.  My other 3 trades netted 3%,3% and 5% so I barley netted out 3% for the 2 days of trading. Remember my rules:  Well Rule #3 and Rule #7 were doment this past week.
