This week we had 3 solid recommendations on thursday that was emailed to subscribers . One Put on the SPY that made a scary 6% and 2 AAPL's one made 8% and the other 4%.  While in the Fast Money Trading rooms I also posted that there were so many opportunities and just not enough money to trade them all.  One such that I posted was sell the SPY 138/139 call @.13+credit there was less that a 1 1/2 days till expiration.


Some one ask how do I trade the options that I recommend.  There are a couple of ways to trade them.  Remember I could come out with lots more trade recommendations but why? I can't trade all of them or be spread too thin and couldn't get consistency or higher averages.  Just confusion and much more work.  I recommend that you always trade just one of the recommendations and always take the most conservative trade.  Once you do this use my trading rules and adapt some of your own.  Remember if you can make just 3% per week non compounded that would be 156% yr.  Not bad.  Another way to follow my recommendations it trade equal amounts in each of the recommendations.  Only try this strategy when you feel very confortable in following and understanding my support (Humpty Dumpty Wall) and resistance ( Umbrella Tops)
